Excellent ASHRAE 62.2 ventilation solution. Includes 6 watt, GU24 LED lamp and provides about the equivalent of 100 watts of incandescent lighting. Includes exhaust fan housing, blower (motor), grill, snap-in bracket, and a 4" round duct collar with a plastic damper which protects against back drafts and ensures quiet operation, and instruction sheets. UL Listed for installation over a tub or shower on a GFCI circuit.
