Provides a mildew protection, penetrating preservative protection and water repellent surface protection. Controls warping, splitting, shrinking and swelling of wood. For all above ground structural pressure treated and untreated wood. Paintable and stainable. EPA registered. Covers approximately 150-250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on wood age and species, surface porosity and method of application. Soap and water clean-up.
