The Keeper? 12 ft ratchet tie-down features a durable 1 in Hi-Test? webbing to absorb shock and to resist rot and abrasion. It is constructed with vinyl-coated S-hooks and a pistol grip handle to secure cargo with maximum tension and minimum force. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over cargo load and pull webbing to desired tension. Ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to secure cargo into place.
