Reinforced reset on housing protects wheel from accidental foot reset and brake on pistol grip instantly stops counting and adding lengths. Collapsing hinge snaps into extended lock and it disconnects if you forget to press the unlock trigger. Compact fold-down reduces to 1/2 size for storage and portability. 5-digit, easy-to-read magnified counter, gear and shaft transmission for measurement accuracy and strength.
